Product

Today Desk for overdue work and cash, loan create with gold appraisal, customers with notes and tags, inventory and buy-side purchases, cash register tied to deals. Plain counter language, not seventeen settings screens.

Architecture

How it holds together

  • Forced RLS

Every row scoped by business_id. Permissions live in SQL.

  • Append-only money

Contract mutations, snapshots, cashbook: cents only, auditable.

  • Pure core

Pricing and loan rules in TypeScript; Server Actions stay thin.

  • Local-first, honest about cash

TanStack DB for speed at the counter. Money mutations stay online.

Pilot

In pilot with a pawnshop in Bonaire, in the Caribbean. Decisions come from counter time, not decks.
